We knew in late October that all those who had contacted us about the issue had Yahoo! email accounts. Well since then, our I.T. gurus have been in touch with Yahoo!, and it seems that the emails being sent from our Webmaster account were getting caught at an administrative level.
We’ve worked with Yahoo! to make technical changes that appear to have resolved the difficulties. And last week, we sent a second copy of the November coupon to those who had contacted us and said they didn’t get it. Please be aware, however, that the bar codes on each coupon are unique and can only be used once. So, if you ended up getting two copies of the coupon, you’ll only be able to use one at the store.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation, but please do let us know if you don’t receive your next VIP Club coupon! (The suggestions we made in our Oct. 23 blog entry still apply and can definitely help ensure successful email transmissions, so check those out.)
If you’ve got any questions about your VIP Club coupon or think you may have inadvertently been left off the email list, feel free to contact us at WMaster@ialottery.com.

Hi, Randy. Powerball has always been a multi-state game, and all the states involved in it are eligible to win for every drawing. If you're looking for an Iowa-only game I would suggest Iowa's $100,000 Cash Game.

why isnt the winnings for iowa only !! What a rip-off letting other states play when the pot gets high, or any other time as far as that goes. Its us that live here that deserves the winnings large or small !!!
