Hi, Karen. Email is not always our friend, is it? We do have a process in place to resend coupons in situations like this. I've asked our VIP club folks to resend your coupon to you this morning, so watch for it in your inbox. I'm sure you already know this, but each coupon is only good for one-time use, so if you sometime find the earlier version after you've used the copy we're resending to you, the earlier version won't work. I accidently deleted my coupon for Sept 2013 in my email. Is there a way that I can get coupon back?
