Hi, Michelle. I posted a similar response here to a comment from another blog reader, but I'm happy to share the details with you as well. We have different Play It Again promotions running at different times, with certain games eligible for those promotions. Currently, we have just one promotion underway involving just one game: It's the "Tail Gator" promotion and you can enter nonwinning tickets in the $1 Tail Gator game in that promotion. We will have announcements about other promotions over time, but please be aware that is the only game currently involved in a promotion. Also, please double-check that you were not accidentally trying to enter a winning ticket, because if that happens, you will receive a message about an "invalid entry." You get a total of 40 entries and/or entry attempts per day and invalid entries do count as one of the 40, so your count does go up, even if it was an invalid entry. We'll have announcements about other promotions coming soon, so stay tuned for those. Thanks for being a VIP Club member and for entering our promotions!

Your "Play It Again" doesn't work! It always says " the ticket number you have entered is not valid. please try again"

Hi, Karen. Thanks for reaching out to us. My first thought upon seeing your message is that I wonder if you were entering tickets from eligible games. The entry period in the "Summercash" promotion ended at noon on Monday, so you can't enter tickets from those games anymore. The only current promotion that we have running is the "Tail Gator" promotion and you can enter nonwinning tickets in the $1 Tail Gator game in that promotion.
The other thought I had was to question whether you were accidentally trying to enter a winning ticket, because if that happens, you will receive a message about an "invalid entry." The last few times I've tied to enter eligible non-winning scratch off tickets, I receive the error message that the ticket is invalid & brings me back to the entry screen. I've assumed I entered incorrectly & carefully reenter the number & submit. The error message comes back this time telling me this invalid ticket has already been entered and shows that I have submitted two tickets that day, Not working. Please advise.
