Jesup Man’s Method To His Game Play Results In $1 Million Prize

 

Brian Delagardelle of Jesup said he’s been buying lottery tickets for years at a lucky retailer in eastern Iowa hoping that lightning would strike twice – and it did – to the tune of $1 million! He stopped by Lottery headquarters Monday and shared his unique story of luck with us.
