Hello, William. Just checking back with you about your blog comment. I have to wonder if your comment comes from contact you may have had with someone running a scam. Please remember that when you win a lottery prize, you never have to pay a "processing fee" before your prize will be paid. That's a method used by scammers, not legitimate lotteries. If you pay their up-front fee, that money will be lost to you and you'll never receive the so-called winnings, either. Please protect yourself against scams: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yp-wGmdhMBM

Take heed! When lottery officials write checks
to winners. Make sure you have funds available so winners will be able to cash the checks.
