Someone who bought a Mega Millions ticket at a Burlington convenience store won a $1 million prize in last night’s drawing!
The lucky ticket, purchased at the River Mart, 2107 Agency St. in Burlington, came close to winning at least a share of last night’s $180 million jackpot, matching the first five numbers but missing the Mega Ball. No one matched all six numbers to win last night’s jackpot, so the big prize climbs to an estimated $200 million annuity ($120 million cash option) for Friday's drawing.
Last night’s winning numbers were: 8-17-20-45-71 and Mega Ball 4. The Megaplier® number was 4. The Burlington ticket was one of only three across the country that each won a $1 million prize last night, with the others in California and Florida.

I'll just go back to thinking about what I'd do if I won now. Maybe next time :P
