A new game hitting stores today is a first for us here in Iowa. And when we say it’s big, we REALLY mean it!
The game is called “The BIG Ticket.” Each ticket in it is an 8-inch square, and that’s the biggest physical-size ticket we’ve ever offered. The game has a gemstone-match theme (so much bling!), you can win up to 50 times on each $20 ticket, and the top prize is $100,000.
Some of our most popular games through the years have been extended-play tickets, meaning they take some time to play. Think of games like “Crossword, “Bingo” and “Game Book.” Players like matching the letters and numbers in those games and have told us that they like the entertainment value the tickets offer.
With The BIG Ticket, we’re taking extended playing time to a whole new level! For comparison purposes, check out the image here. We took a shot of The BIG Ticket along with tickets in the $1 “Yes or No?” game and the $2 “Double Your Luck” game that also are starting sales today. We think The BIG Ticket lives up to its name!
We’d love to hear what you think of it after you’ve given it a try. Feel free to send us a quick comment here on the blog!
Hello again, Rowene. No worries -- I understood your question, I was just trying to make sure I clearly explained how to play the game. In the situation you have described, you would not win a prize for finding just two fish in one of the games. You win a prize by finding three like symbols in one game or by finding a crown symbol.

Mary - Thank you for your reply. I presume that you did not understand my question - the crown was in a game in the first column, the two fish were in a game in the right hand column. I won't bother you anymore with this.

Hi again, Rowene! I have checked with our folks who plan out our scratch games and they have said that in instances where a crown symbol shows up in one of the games in the playing area on "The Big Ticket," the other symbols in that game will be unique, meaning that there would not have been two fish in the same game as the crown symbol.
To win a prize without the crown symbol present within a game, you need to match three like symbols, not two as you have described.
Please also be aware that there are 50 games in each playing area, with game involving three symbols. A game does not go across three different columns, but rather, is contained within a single column.
I know that you don't have the ticket any longer, as you had to give it to the retailer at the time you claimed your prize. If you have a question about a particular ticket in the future, please feel free to contact us before you redeem it and we will do our best to answer your questions before you claim the prize.

Hi, Mary - Were you able to find out why the ticket I bought wouldn't let me collect on the two fish in column 3?
Thanks, Rowene Kliegl

I have bought 6 of the 10 dollar crossword tickets and have won nothing you would think you could have at least had a 10 dollar winner also I have purchased the same with the 5 dollar crossword and have gotten nothing I have quit buying them and I used to play a lot but there aren't any bigger winners in southwest Iowa It seems like the big winners are always in the big cities so no more
