Thanks for letting us know, Lorene. Please see the tips I posted on my earlier answer to Deb about ensuring you can receive communications from the lottery. I'll also have our team look into any coupon issues associated with your account.

I have a yahoo account and have never received a free play at all.

Appreciate the update, Deb. I'll have folks look into any issues with your coupon, too. A tip/reminder for everyone: Please double-check the "Manage Profile" settings on your VIP Club account. You need to answer "yes" to receiving communications from the lottery in order to receive your monthly coupon for a free play. And the coupon is now part of the monthly VIP Connection newsletter that club members receive. So, look for the newsletter in your inbox and you'll find the coupon in it. We stopped sending the coupon as a separate email several months ago to help cut down on inbox clutter.

I have Hotmail and haven't gotten mine for the past few months..... :-(
