We’ve heard from several members of our VIP Club in the past week who say they haven’t received their monthly coupon for a free play and they’re wondering why.
Our monthly newsletter with the coupon in it was delivered as usual on July 3, the first business day of the month. But this is the second month into a new distribution system we’re using to send our emails. With the messages coming from a slightly different sending address, our emails containing the newsletter and coupon may be getting caught in spam filters or security settings.
The content of our emails remains the same – it’s just the sending email address that has changed. You may want to add “[email protected]” to your address book or the “safe senders” list within your email account to help ensure you’ll continue receiving email messages from us.

I had wondered why I hadn't seen a newsletter and did a search.. found it and 2 pop ups in trash :( Reset filters so they know are back to coming to my inbox... Sad I missed the pop up on Mellencamp. So if you have your email set that junk or spam deletes after so many days.. check your trash.
