In reply to "lost my ticket what can I do?" Treat that ticket like it's a winner if you have not played it. Be responsible.

Hi, Leo. There are several ways that you can find information about the results of your lottery ticket. One of the easiest is by using our mobile app, which is available on both Google Paly and iTunes. You can quickly scan your ticket to find out whether it has won a prize. Here is the link to our website that provides details about the app: https://www.ialottery.com/Pages/Games/MobileApp.aspx

Hi, Bruce. A photo is not required, but lottery winner's information in Iowa is a public record. We at the lottery are required to provide information about our winners, and for that reason, we do our best to help our winners with that process. It generally has been much easier to provide a quick synopsis up front and then be on your way so you can enjoy your big win.

Hi, Alex. In fact, we're having more winners than ever before. In our latest fiscal year, which ended June 30, lottery players won a record $227.5 million in prizes. That's the highest amount won in prizes since the Iowa Lottery's start in 1985.

I've never missed the lottery ticket. But I find it very bad to have to mark all the numbers on the paper. There should be an easier way to dial the ticket numbers.
