« SW Iowa Man Talks About Winning A Big Prize During A Pandemic | Main | Curbside Prize Claims Reminder: Our Offices Are Closed Tomorrow »

I see this happening more and more. for nearly five months I played the Big Dollar ticket, then all of a sudden in December when the iowa lottery tried to put out all their xmas tickets, pulled the big dollar ticket telling the customers that the store couldn't get the "big dollar" ticket. Thus allowing the final tickets to be sold in des moines area. Why does the lottery pull tickets when the game top prize hasn't been won. I was specifically told by the store that the lottery dealer couldn't get this ticket in the store anymore shooting all the big winner tickets back into the des moines area and giving the rest of iowa the sloppy seconds. If you start putting out a ticket in a store, don't pull it until the top prize is won, its not fair play at all.

I’ve spent my years at the lottery learning as much as I can about all the ins and outs of the lottery industry. I’ll put that knowledge to work here so I can share the behind-the-scenes details with you!
