Hi, Daniel. Winning tickets -- including jackpot-winning tickets -- are randomly distributed throughout an InstaPlay game just as they are in a scratch game. Players receive the next available electronic play in an InstaPlay game when they buy a ticket. The next available play might be a nonwinner or it might win a prize, even the jackpot.

That's not really a good explanation. The big difference is scratch tickets are all printed before they go on sale,so the big winners are alredy in there.Insta tickets are printed when they are bought. What trigers the jackpot ticket to be printed?

I see in todays paper that Mr. Tipton (rigged lottery games) is now suing the state for blah, blah, blah...glad to see he is behind bars...hope he stays there for quite awhile....
