Player Question: Will entering my ticket in the promo void it for the Pball drawing?

Here’s a question I can’t remember receiving before, and it’s about the tickets that can be entered in one of our current promotions, specifically, Race Into Summer.

That’s the promotion where you can enter Powerball® tickets for a chance to win a VIP Knoxville Nationals prize package at the Knoxville Raceway. The player who reached out to us wondered if his ticket would be voided for the Powerball drawing he’d purchased it for if he entered it in the promotion.

And the answer is: Absolutely not. If you enter your Powerball ticket in one of our promotions, it’s of course still eligible for the Powerball drawing for which you purchased it.

The entry itself provides the information we’ll need in the promotion drawing. But be sure to keep your ticket until after the Powerball drawing you bought it for so you can check to see if you won a prize in THAT drawing.
