You’ll find it all on our new website page called Know Before You Play.
When you click on one of the topic lines on that page, it will expand to provide that content, but you’ll stay on the same page so you can easily keep going to other topics. When you click on a different topic, the previous section “rolls back up” so only one subject is open at a time.

Hi, Elizabeth. From your description, it definitely sounds like you were contacted by scammers who are trying to get you to fall for their bogus offer. Unless you bought an Iowa Lottery ticket or entered one of our drawings, it would not be possible for you to have won a prize from us. And we will not reach out to you randomly to say that you've won a prize. We received inquiries from other folks this week who say they were contacted by that scam profile on Facebook this week, so it sounds like it was actively trying to get people to fall for its claims. Thank you for being a vigilant consumer and not falling for the scam attempt!
